Young & Co is a holding company built by an operator, not a financier. Its standard comes from two decades inside ultra‑luxury hospitality — a discipline where excellence is judged by the absence of friction, and the highest compliment a guest can pay is not noticing how much it took.
We bring that standard to ownership. We look for businesses meant to be held rather than flipped; we run them with precision rather than theater; and we measure them in decades, not quarters.
Principles

Does it reduce dependence on any one person's hours? A business that needs its owner at the desk every day is a job wearing a company's clothes. We build things that run.
Stewardship
Does it deserve to last? Capital, people, and a good name are held in trust. We act accordingly — most carefully when no one is watching.
